
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) says the order was given by a Federal High Court in Port Harcourt - Among the things taken away by the EFCC are buildings and account numbers linked to George Turner, Jonathan's alleged godson The Economic And Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has taken over some properties traced to a former special adviser to Dan Abia, erstwhile managing director of Niger Delta Commission (NDDC), Mr George Turnah . The anti-graft agency said the confiscation was done on Thursday, May 25 following an interim forfeiture order granted it by a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
It was learnt that one of the properties covered by the forfeiture order is a massive complete building known as ‘KOLO VILLA’ in Kolo Town, Ogbia local government area of Bayelsa state.

The seven companies arraigned with Turnah are: El Godmas Global Servises Limited; Turnoil and Gas Nigeria Limited; Kolo Creek Petroleum Development Limited ; Celtic Pride Consult and Events; Yenagoa Mall, Adaka Boro Marine Services Limited and Sugarland Intergrated farms Nigeria Limited. Recently, NAIJ.com reported that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has reportedly ransacked a mansion owned by George Turnah, a godson to former President Goodluck Jonathan. The report had said the heavily armed operatives and soldiers stormed the palatial building located at Kolo Creek, Ogbia local government at about 5pm on Friday, February 3 and searched the entire building till 10pm.
